Miscellaneous Convenience Service

Registered Agents of Wyoming is offering a new service ... a convenience signature can be provided for you if/when the Secretary of State allows for an Authorized Individual to sign a document to be filed with the state, on your behalf.

Because the Secretary of State in Wyoming requires original signatures on any document submitted manually to them for filing, Registered Agents of Wyoming,  LLC is willing to sign those state documents when the Secretary of State will allow such signature as your Authorized Individual.   

We have added this service to our list of services in order to accommodate our clients who, in the interest of time, will have their filings completed days earlier.  Perhaps more importantly, our signature appearing on such documents, which will be accessible in the History section of the Public Record, will serve to preserve your privacy on the public record.  

We will ask that the authorization from you be specific to the singular document  we are to sign, and that it be in writing, so that we have adequate back up, for your protection and ours, in our internal system.   

We, at Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC will sign these documents, free of charge if we are the Registered Agent for the entity requiring the signature.  We will also provide this service,  as a courtesy, if the Applicant for a Trade Name is an entity we serve in that position for.    

If we are not the serving Registered Agent for an entity or applicant in a Trade Name filing, we can still make the process requiring original signature more convenient for you by signing with your specific authorization, while preserving your privacy.  In this case, there will be a nominal fee of $30 assessed for each signature provided.
