Yes, Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC provides weekly Mail Forwarding Service from our mail center. For customers who add Mail Forwarding Service to a business incorporation, LLC or other entity formation in the State of Wyoming, you will initiate the order process and pay the initial (12-month) Mail Forwarding Service fee to Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC. Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC will send your Wyoming address information along with the copy of your filed documents. Existing Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC customers who want to add Address and Mail Forwarding Service in Wyoming, please contact us to add the service to your account, or sign up for the service online and indicate we are your current Registered Agent. - If Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC is my registered agent, do I need Mail Forwarding Service?

If you would like an address to list as your business address for non-business mail, you will need to subscribe to the Address and Mail Forwarding Service. If you do not elect to have the Wyoming address and mail forwarding service, your address will be used for both the principal and mailing information on the Secretary of State public records. - How long does the process take?
The process typically takes 2-3 business days before you can begin receiving mail at the designated Wyomind suite address. Once you complete the order process with Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC, you will receive all the necessary information you need to begin to use your mail forwarding address. - What will my mail forwarding address be?
The address will be an executive suite (not a P.O. Box) address located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. - Are there limits on how much mail I can receive?
No, Registered Agents of Wyoming LLC does not place limits on the number of pieces of mail you can receive. You are allowed a $30. annual postage allowance for the forwarding of your mail. If we process high volumes of business mail and approach the $30.00 allowance, we will contact you for an additional postage deposit towards your allowance. - Will you forward packages on my behalf?
Although only flat mail is included in your service and we do not include acceptance nor forwarding of packages or boxes as a general rule, we understand that in the regular course of business, an error may occur and a package or box may be sent to the executive suite address in Wyoming. If so, depending on the most current courier and incoming mail service center policies, we will contact you with options for forwarding the item at your expense. Handling fees may apply. - What if I need to change my address or need my mail held?
If the address you have on record with Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC changes, notify Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC directly so that your contact information can be changed in our system. Likewise, if you need your mail held for a certain period of time, contact Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC directly in order to make the appropriate hold arrangements.

- No up-charge for mail to be sent.
- If annual actual postage exceeds the $30 postage allowance, and client is not notified in process, we will bill for the difference when invoicing/processing your annual renewal in Wyoming.
