Overview

Update or change your corporation’s officers and/or directors. Any time there is a change of officers and/or directors, filing an Amemded Annual Report serves to update and keep the appropriate corporate representative(s) current.

This service is never needed for a Limited Liability Company (LLC) because there is no requirement to list members or managers on the public record.

The information included in your Articles of Incorporation is the official information the State of Wyoming has on record for your company.
