Amended Annual Report
Includes Secretary of State filing fees!
Overview
Update or change your corporation’s officers and/or directors. Any time there is a change of officers and/or directors, filing an Amemded Annual Report serves to update and keep the appropriate corporate representative(s) current.
This service is never needed for a Limited Liability Company (LLC) because there is no requirement to list members or managers on the public record.
If you are changing your company's officers and or directors, filing an Amended Annual Report for changes in Officers and or Directors is recommended so that the public record remains up to date and accurate. Let Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC file it for you. We will keep a copy of the amendment in our database as part of your complete file.
This is NOT to be used as an Annual Report filing.
Why is it important to file an amended list?
The information included in your Articles of Incorporation is the official information the State of Wyoming has on record for your company. When the participating officers or directors change, submitting Amended Annual Report for Changes In Officers and/or Directors tells the state that the appropriate corporate representatives have changed. Updating with the state keeps your corporate documents accurate. Approval by the State of Wyoming certifies that your company met state legal requirements and that the information has officially been changed with the state.
