Ordering Details
To complete your order, please provide:
- Business name
- Original state of Organization
- Original filing date
- Name and title of the person signing the Continuance Articles – May be a person authorized to sign on behalf of the company. Authorization must be included in the LLC’s Operating Agreement.
What is required of me in the process?
- To obtain a certified copy of the original Articles of Organization and any Amendments filed in the life of the entity.
- To return all documents provided to you by Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC, back with original signatures, as will be specified in our instructions to you.

Required
