- Current registered agent name and address

- Wyoming Address & Mail Forwarding Service *
- Forwarding address (US postal address only)
- Federal tax ID number (EIN) obtainment **
- Accounting year closing month
- Social Security number
- Corporate Compliance Kit
- USA physical address (No PO boxes)
Note:
* If you wish to have both a physical and mailing address in Wyoming and have your business mail received and forwarded on a weekly basis, you must sign up for our Wyoming Address & Mail Forwarding Service and provide a US postal address for mail delivery. If you do not elect to have the Wyoming Address & Mail Forwarding Service, the billing address provided at checkout will be used for both the principal and mailing addresses on the Secretary of State Public Record.
** Registered Agents of Wyoming, LLC will contact you by phone for the name and social security number of one person in order to obtain the Federal EIN. (Due to current regulations, our company is no longer able to assist foreign/non-US citizens (without social security numbers) in obtaining EIN numbers for their entity. As part of our service we will provide you with a special telephone number for foreign EIN applicants to obtain EIN directly from IRS.)
